Welcome to PB23 Mobile Tyres. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General

  • PB23 Mobile Tyres provides mobile tyre repair, replacement, fitting, balancing, and related services at your nominated location.
  • By booking our services, you acknowledge that you are authorised to request work on the vehicle and accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Bookings and Quotes

  • All quotes provided are based on the information supplied by you. If details change (e.g., tyre size, condition, or service requirements), additional charges may apply.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • PB23 Mobile Tyres does not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your booking prior to our technician’s arrival.
  • Once our technician is on-site, if the job cannot proceed due to client-side issues (see Section 4), a call-out fee of $80 will apply.

4. Call-Out Fee (Client-Side Issues)

A call-out fee of $80 is payable where PB23 Mobile Tyres is unable to perform the service after attending your location due to reasons outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Missing or unavailable locknut key or other tools required for the job.
  • The vehicle is not present, accessible, or in a safe working condition/location.
  • Incorrect details provided at the time of booking (e.g., wrong tyre size, wrong service type, or incomplete information).
  • Customer refusal to proceed with the job on-site after previously accepting the quote.
  • Any other situation where the job cannot be completed due to the customer’s action, omission, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • PB23 Mobile Tyres accepts payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as advised at the time of booking.
  • Any applicable call-out fee must be paid on-site or invoiced immediately.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • PB23 Mobile Tyres provides warranty only on the services and tyres we supply and fit. Warranty terms will be outlined at the time of service.
  • We do not accept liability for pre-existing faults, damage, or defects in your vehicle or tyres.
  • While all reasonable care is taken, PB23 Mobile Tyres will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from services provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and tyre details at the time of booking.
  • Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle for our technician.
  • Provide any required accessories (e.g., locknut key) necessary for the work.
  • Be present or have an authorised person present at the location to approve work and payment.

8. Force Majeure

PB23 Mobile Tyres will not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, accidents, traffic delays, or unforeseen supply issues).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
